1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and t988 (the "Company," "Operator," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the t988 website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any Services, you expressly agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines.

If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using t988 Services. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use t988 Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. t988 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, including but not limited to valid government-issued identification documents such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or Unified Multi-Purpose ID. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

2.2 Jurisdiction

t988 Services are intended solely for residents of the Republic of the Philippines who are physically located within Philippine territory at the time of access and gameplay. You are prohibited from accessing or using t988 Services if you are located outside the Philippines, regardless of your citizenship or residency status. t988 employs geo-location technology to verify your physical location. Attempts to circumvent geo-location restrictions through VPNs, proxies, or other means constitute a material breach of these terms and will result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

2.3 Account Registration

To use t988 Services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number registered to a Philippine telecommunications provider. You may register only one (1) account. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false or misleading information are strictly prohibited and will be closed immediately, with all balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify t988 immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. t988 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

2.4 Prohibited Persons

The following persons are prohibited from registering or using t988 Services: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) individuals located outside the Philippines; (c) employees, officers, directors, contractors, or agents of t988 or its affiliates; (d) immediate family members of t988 employees; (e) individuals with a history of problem gambling or self-excluded from gambling services; (f) individuals prohibited by law from participating in online gambling; and (g) individuals who have previously had their t988 account terminated for breach of these terms.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

t988 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfer through authorized Philippine banks (including BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Landbank, and Metrobank), and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00) per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Funds deposited into your t988 account are held in a segregated client account maintained by t988 in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. Deposited funds may only be used for gameplay and may not be transferred to other players. t988 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may withdraw funds from your t988 account balance at any time, subject to verification of your identity and compliance with these terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200.00) per transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed within fifteen (15) minutes during business hours (8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Philippine Standard Time) for GCash and Maya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers.

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification by submitting a clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued ID and a recent selfie holding the ID. This requirement complies with PAGCOR anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Failure to complete verification will delay or prevent withdrawal processing.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. If you deposited via multiple methods, withdrawals will be processed proportionally. t988 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds for withdrawals exceeding Fifty Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱50,000.00) in a seven-day period.

3.3 Bonus Wagering Requirements

If you accept a bonus, free bet, or promotional offer, the bonus amount and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Standard wagering requirements are thirty times (30x) the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within thirty (30) days of bonus issuance, after which uncompleted bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; contribution percentages are detailed in the bonus terms.

4. Gameplay Rules

4.1 Fair Play

All games offered by t988 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer equipment audited by independent testing agencies. Game outcomes are random, fair, and cannot be predicted or manipulated by t988 or any third party. 4.2 Game Malfunction

4.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breach of these terms: (a) collusion with other players; (b) use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts; (c) exploiting software bugs or game vulnerabilities; (d) irregular betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms; (e) fraudulent or dishonest conduct; (f) money laundering or using t988 Services for any unlawful purpose; (g) offensive, abusive, or harassing behavior toward other players or staff; and (h) any conduct that violates Philippine law or these terms.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities. t988 reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and cooperate with regulatory and law enforcement agencies.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

t988 may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the t988 website or promotional materials. Bonuses are discretionary and may be withdrawn, modified, or terminated at any time without notice. Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts or engaging in irregular betting patterns solely to benefit from bonuses, will result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.

Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless otherwise stated. You may not withdraw bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds until all wagering requirements are satisfied. t988 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if any terms are breached.

6. Responsible Gaming

t988 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We provide tools to help you maintain control over your gambling activities, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. It is your responsibility to refrain from attempting to create new accounts during self-exclusion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, t988 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of t988 Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if t988 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

t988's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to t988 in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or One Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱1,000.00), whichever is less.

8. Account Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds within thirty (30) days. After this period, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

t988 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) breach of these Terms and Conditions; (b) provision of false or misleading information; (c) suspected fraudulent, unlawful, or improper activity; (d) failure to complete identity verification; (e) prolonged account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) months; or (f) at our sole discretion to protect the integrity and security of the platform.

Upon termination, all bonuses and promotional winnings will be forfeited. Any remaining genuine balance (excluding forfeited amounts) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification procedures.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the t988 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of t988 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from t988 Services without prior written consent.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or your use of t988 Services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting t988 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution.

Any dispute shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. t988 operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is subject to PAGCOR regulations and Philippine gambling laws.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

13.1 Severability

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.4 Waiver

No waiver by t988 of any term or condition set forth in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by t988 to assert a right or provision under these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13.5 Force Majeure

t988 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government action, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, or equipment failures.
